1.Package is lost (shipment does not arrive after 2 months) except for red wine

Full refund (Shipping + items)
Compensation has its limit up to NZD250
2. Part of Items is lost

Compensation must be applied within a week.
Compensation has its limit up to NZD250
3. Damaged goods

Compensation must be applied within a week.
To provide invoice number and goods photos.
To provide the proof of goods value.
Compensation has its limit up to NZD250

The items below are not applicable to compensation of damaged goods.

Fragile: Glass products, customer strengthen the packaging wrap (red wine transport customers to purchase insurance)
Liquid items: Customer may need to wrap the packages with plastic bags to avoid leakage which may effect other items such as honey, shampoo, lotion ... and so on.
Due to the climate reason: such as chocolate is melted because the temperature difference between Countries.
